CreatBot printers are designed for high-performance materials, including PLA, ABS, PETG, Nylon, PC, PEEK, Ultem, and carbon-fiber reinforced composites, thanks to nozzles that can reach up to 420°C.
These filaments should be kept in a drying box with humidity below 15% or sealed in an aluminum foil bag with vacuum preservation to prevent moisture absorption.
For fiber-containing filaments (like Carbon Fiber or Glass Fiber), a hardened steel nozzle with a diameter of 0.6mm or larger is recommended to ensure wear resistance and prevent clogging.
The F430 supports both manual and auto-leveling. For manual leveling, adjust the nuts under the platform until the nozzle distance is approximately 0.1mm. For auto-leveling, use the 'Leveling' menu to calibrate 25 points automatically.
