To operate manually, pull the engagement lever towards the handwheel until it remains in position, then turn the handwheel (clockwise to close, anti-clockwise to open). The lever returns to auto-position automatically when operated electrically.
Operate the valve manually to a fully open or closed position. Ensure the actuator is in the same mode. Mount the actuator, checking that stems are centered and aligned. Check fitment for distortion if using a bracket, and verify smooth movement manually.
Operate the actuator manually to the closed position and adjust the lower cam (marked CLS). Then operate to the open position and adjust the upper cam (marked OLS). Test run the actuator to verify.
